Who we are

Meet the Crew Behind the Chaos:

We’re Jordan and Mike, two Midwestern humans trying to balance family, purpose, and just enough caffeine to survive the day. Jordan’s from Nebraska, Mike’s from North Dakota, and we’ve settled in a small town in Iowa where people wave at strangers and the dogs have more energy than we do.

When we’re not chasing our toddler or being judged by our German Shepherds, we stay active with golf, motorcycle rides, and a laser engraving side hustle called Laser Sharks. Yes, that’s a real business, and yes, we’ve absolutely made things that probably shouldn’t exist.

We started the Unsupervised Collective to create something real. Gear that speaks to the ones who serve, the ones who support them, and the ones who are just trying to hold it together without losing their edge.

Because no one gets through this alone. A strong support system is everything, and there’s real power in owning your mental health and making space for what helps. Whether it’s community, humor, or just something that reminds you you're not the only one carrying the weight, we’re here for it.

If you're into grit, purpose, and gear that actually means something, you're in the right place.

Meet Mike
Ten years in the military. Ten years in law enforcement.
Still serving, still showing up, and co-founder of Code 4 Collective.

Mike built Code 4 from lived experience. He knows the weight that comes with the job and how important it is to have strong outlets and gear that actually means something. Code 4 is for those who serve, those who support, and anyone who keeps going when things get heavy. The mission is simple. Show up strong, stay grounded, and never carry it all alone.
"Code 4 isn't just a call. It's a mindset. Handle the job, protect your people, and don’t ignore what’s going on under the surface." —Mike

Meet Jordan
Used to do cool things. Now I work corporate.
Bachelor’s in Air Traffic Control, private pilot’s license, MBA, and more certifications than I can fit behind my name.

I co-founded Code 4 Collective to create something with real impact. Not just for the ones who serve, but also for the ones holding it down at home. The partners. The families. The friends who support from the sidelines. That’s where Mindfully Mindless was born. It's the part of the brand that leans into honest conversations, offbeat humor, and the messiness of mental health. Sometimes we laugh through it. Sometimes we make shirts about it. But we always show up.

"Support isn’t soft. It’s what holds the line when everything else starts to crack." —Jordan

Meet Avery

She keeps us laughing, keeps us humble, and keeps us moving forward. Small in size but big on sass, she’s the heartbeat of everything we’re building.

This brand isn’t just about gear. It’s about creating a future worth showing up for—one rooted in strength, honesty, and the kind of example we want the next generation to see.

The father has a beard and short hair, the mother has long red hair, and the girl has short red hair. The sky is blue with a few clouds.
